If you've visited my studio in Westbourne or seen photos, you'll notice two things: the peaceful, healing atmosphere, and the crystals. They are everywhere.

They aren't just for decoration; they are a fundamental part of my healing practice and my business.

As a Reiki Master, my job is to channel healing energy. As a crystal specialist, my job is to find tools that can hold and amplify that energy. In this post, I want to share exactly how I use crystals in my sessions and why it's a practice I am so passionate about.

How Do Crystals Work with Reiki? The "Amplifier" Concept

The simplest way to understand it is like this:

Reiki is the energy. It is the "life force" that flows, soothes, and heals.
Crystals are the amplifiers. They are like tuning forks for that energy.

Every crystal has a perfect, stable geometric structure (a "crystal lattice") that holds a very pure, consistent vibration. Humans, on the other hand, are energetically messy. Our vibration is constantly being knocked out of balance by stress, anxiety, and daily life.

When I place a crystal on a specific chakra or area of the body, its stable, pure vibration provides a clear note for the body to "tune in" to. The Reiki energy then flows through and amplifies that crystal's specific properties, making the healing more focused and profound.

My Expertise: Why My Crystals Are Different

I don't just buy my crystals from a random wholesaler. My connection to them is a core part of my practice.

My collection is unique because I personally and ethically source these stones. This has involved travelling to places like the Himalayas to find unique, high-quality, and high-vibration pieces. I know their origin, I have a feel for their energy, and I choose each one with intention.

How I Use Crystals in a Healing Session

When you come for a session, you receive a complete fusion of healing modalities:

Clearing: I use my Ancient Tibetan Buddhist Healing empowerments to cleanse the crystals and the room.
Placing: Based on your needs, I will place specific, activated crystals (like Amethyst for clarity or Rose Quartz for compassion) on or around your body.
Channelling: I then channel the Usui Reiki energy, which flows through the crystals and is amplified by them, directing it to the chakras and energy centres that need it most.

This creates a powerful, synergistic healing field that is much more than the sum of its parts.

What is a "Reiki-Infused" Crystal?

Every crystal I sell has been personally cleansed and then infused with both Usui Reiki and the Ancient Tibetan Buddhist Healing energies in my spiritual sanctuary. They are "activated" and ready for you to use in your own practice, already holding a high-vibration, healing intention.

A Simple Way to Use a Crystal at Home

You don't need a full session to benefit from a crystal. Here is a simple practice you can do every day:

Take a piece of Rose Quartz (the stone of unconditional love) and hold it in your left hand (your "receiving" hand).
Close your eyes and take five, deep, slow breaths.
With each breath, imagine you are breathing in the crystal's gentle, loving energy.
That's it. You've just given yourself a 1-minute "energy reset."
