Start with one clear sentence, for example I welcome calm or I invite confidence. Hold your crystal and repeat the intention three times. Keep the stone close through the day and place it by your bed at night. Cleanse it when it feels heavy and recharge it regularly.
Match common intentions to well loved stones. Protection: obsidian or smoky quartz. Love and compassion: rose quartz. Calm and sleep: amethyst or lepidolite. Abundance and success: citrine or pyrite. Confidence and willpower: tiger’s eye or sunstone. Grounding and stability: hematite or smoky quartz. Focus and study: fluorite or clear quartz. Intuition and spiritual growth: amethyst or labradorite. Energy clearing and charging: selenite or a quartz cluster.
Build a short routine. In the morning, hold your crystal for three breaths and rest your attention on the intention. During the day, touch the stone to reset your focus.
