Shipping Policy – Crystals & Reiki

At Crystals & Reiki, every order is prepared with love and care to ensure your crystals arrive safely and energetically aligned. All items are cleansed and Reiki-infused before shipping.

Processing Time

  • We usually dispatch all orders the same day if placed before 1pm.

  • Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day.

  • During busy periods (such as new product drops or seasonal launches), dispatch may take up to 3 working days.

Shipping Methods

UK Orders

  • All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24, providing fast and secure delivery with full tracking.

International Orders

  • All international shipments are sent via UPS Tracked International, ensuring reliable worldwide service.

  • International shipping is charged at the minimum 2kg fee. For parcels over 2kg, we cover the additional cost so you never pay more than the 2kg rate.

  • Customs fees, VAT, and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.

  • We do not offer free shipping as our crystals are already priced at rock-bottom value.

GEMHOLD Service

With our GEMHOLD service, you can grow your crystal collection over time and ship everything together in one parcel. We’ll hold your crystals securely until you’re ready. Just message us when you’d like us to send your package.

Packaging

  • Crystals are carefully wrapped for protection, using eco-conscious packaging wherever possible.

  • Each item is Reiki-infused and packed with intention.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect information.

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of both the packaging and the item so we can assist you.

Tracking

All parcels are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
