At Crystals & Reiki, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, our returns policy ensures peace of mind when shopping with us.
30-Day Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your crystals upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We kindly ask that you send photos of the damaged or incorrect product to crystalsandreikiuk@gmail.com when submitting your request.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
