Keep your energy clear. Use a brief protection visualisation, cleanse your space, and close every session with thanks. Build consistency with short daily practices, like a five minute sensing exercise and a quick journal note. Work ethically. Avoid health or legal predictions, respect privacy, and read only with consent. Confidence grows from steady practice, good boundaries and honest reflection.
