This includes past, present, and future possibilities. In this session, we access that space to find answers to the deep questions you cannot answer with logic alone.
How the Session Works (You Choose): Since this is a fully remote service, you can choose the format that feels best for you:

Live Video Call: We meet face-to-face via Zoom.

Recorded Session: If you prefer not to meet live, I can perform the reading remotely on your behalf and send you the unedited video recording to watch in your own time.
Important Note on Depth & Healing: Please be aware that these sessions can be very emotional. We are often dealing with deep-seated energy and soul-level history. Because we may encounter trauma from past lives, my specific approach focuses on reframing. We do not just look at the trauma. We work to reframe the incident so that it creates a positive ripple effect into your current life, turning old wounds into new strength.

We ship all orders within 1–2 working days but usually same day if ordered before 1pm UK time. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel is on its way.
UK orders usually arrive next day but allow 3 working days during busy periods. International orders can take 4–14 working days depending on the destination and customs clearance.

All crystals are carefully wrapped for protection and eco-friendly where possible. Jewellery is sent in organza bags or boxes (when stated), making them perfect for gifting.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are in their original condition. Due to the nature of crystals, slight variations in colour and form are natural and not considered faults.
Each crystal is one of a kind, so you will receive the exact piece shown in the photos unless otherwise stated. For items where stock may vary, we select the best quality piece intuitively for you. We don't enhance the images. The videos when available are the truest representation of colour.
Absolutely. At Crystals & Reiki, we believe in honouring the earth and the people who work with it. I personally travel to countries around the world to source much of our stock, building trusted connections with family miners and long-standing wholesalers. This ensures that our crystals are both high quality and responsibly sourced as much as is possible.
