We ship all orders within 1–2 working days but usually same day if ordered before 1pm UK time. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel is on its way.
UK orders usually arrive next day but allow 3 working days during busy periods. International orders can take 4–14 working days depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Absolutely. We ship worldwide. The majority of our orders are shipped to the US. Delivery times and costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
UK shipping costs are based on the weight of your order. Overseas orders are charged at the minimum rate of a parcel under 2kg and we cover the rest if it's over. You’ll see the exact amount before checkout.
Yes! With our GEMHOLD service, you can add to your collection over time and only pay one shipping fee when you’re ready for your items to be sent. Use code GEMHOLD at checkout then pay for shipping on your final order.
All crystals are carefully wrapped for protection and eco-friendly where possible. Jewellery is sent in organza bags or boxes (when stated), making them perfect for gifting.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are in their original condition. Due to the nature of crystals, slight variations in colour and form are natural and not considered faults.
Each crystal is one of a kind, so you will receive the exact piece shown in the photos unless otherwise stated. For items where stock may vary, we select the best quality piece intuitively for you. We don't enhance the images. The videos when available are the truest representation of colour.
Absolutely. At Crystals & Reiki, we believe in honouring the earth and the people who work with it. I personally travel to countries around the world to source much of our stock, building trusted connections with family miners and long-standing wholesalers. This ensures that our crystals are both high quality and responsibly sourced as much as is possible.
