When you book, you'll fill out a quick questionnaire. This allows me to tailor the session specifically to your needs and gives us more dedicated healing time when you arrive. For optimal results, please ensure you are well-hydrated before your session.
My studio is a private, dedicated spiritual sanctuary within my home in Westbourne. It's a space where I conduct my daily practice, which builds a unique, healing energy amplified by hundreds of crystals. Upon arrival, I'll welcome you into this powerful and calming environment. During the Reiki, you'll lie comfortably on a massage table. I use a fusion of Usui Reiki and Ancient Buddhist Healing and often complement the treatment with crystal healing to enhance the energy.
Afterwards, we'll have a brief chat about your experience. My goal is for you to leave feeling balanced, refreshed, and deeply peaceful.
