All crystals are carefully wrapped for protection and eco-friendly where possible. Jewellery is sent in organza bags or boxes (when stated), making them perfect for gifting.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are in their original condition. Due to the nature of crystals, slight variations in colour and form are natural and not considered faults.
Each crystal is one of a kind, so you will receive the exact piece shown in the photos unless otherwise stated. For items where stock may vary, we select the best quality piece intuitively for you. We don't enhance the images. The videos when available are the truest representation of colour.
