Chakra balance, aura cleansing and daily practice
Your chakras and aura work together. Begin each day with three slow breaths to centre your mind. Scan from the root to the crown, noticing any areas that feel tense or flat. Visualise each chakra glowing with its colour, growing steady and bright. Keep the breath soft and repeat a simple phrase such as I am grounded, I am open to love, I am clear.
Add a five minute routine. Place a hand on the heart and another on the belly to calm the nervous system. Use gentle circular attention around the throat and brow to ease mental strain. If you work with crystals, keep a grounding stone near the root, a soothing stone at the heart and a clarifying stone at the brow or crown.
Cleanse the aura by sweeping your hands a few inches from the body, moving from head to feet, then out and away. Imagine any heaviness dissolving. Finish by grounding through the feet and taking a sip of water. Once a week, note how you feel in a journal and adjust your focus to the chakra that needs the most care. Consistency is more important than complexity. A few mindful minutes daily will keep your energy balanced and your aura clear.
