  • Ask for Guidance: Call upon your psychic guide or spirit guides for assistance. Ask them to help you develop your clairvoyant abilities and provide you with the necessary support, protection and insights.

Practicing this meditation daily can help activate your third eye and enhance your clairvoyant abilities.

3. Pineal Gland Detoxification Exercise

Activating the pineal gland, often referred to as the "seat of the soul," is crucial for developing clairvoyance. Here's a powerful visualisation exercise:

  • Find a Comfortable Position: Sit or lie down in a comfortable position.
  • Relax and Breathe: Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, allowing your body to relax completely.
  • Visualise the Pineal Gland: Imagine your pineal gland, a small pinecone-shaped gland located in the centre of your brain.
  • Visualise a Purifying Acid: Envision a gentle, purifying acid that affects only the calcification on the pineal gland, dissolving it without harming any other tissue.
  • See the Activation: Visualise the gland becoming bright and active, radiating a powerful, clear light.
  • Hold the Vision: Maintain this visualisation for a few minutes, focusing on the light and clarity emerging from your pineal gland.

Note: This exercise may cause temporary headaches as your pineal gland becomes activated. This is a normal part of the process and usually subsides with continued practice.

Perform this exercise regularly to support the activation of your pineal gland and enhance your clairvoyant abilities.

4. Engage in Visualisation Exercises

Visualisation exercises help train your mind to see clearly and vividly.

  • Simple Objects: Start by visualising simple objects, such as a flower or a candle flame. Focus on every detail, including colour, shape, and texture.

  • Moldavite: A powerful transformation stone, moldavite can accelerate spiritual growth and activate clairvoyant abilities. I use this as my Primary crystal then add a second depending on what i'm intuitively drawn to in that session.
  • Amethyst:Known for its spiritual properties, amethyst can enhance intuition and open the third eye.
  • Labradorite: This crystal is excellent for enhancing psychic abilities and providing protection during spiritual work.
  • Clear Quartz: A versatile crystal, clear quartz can amplify your intentions and support your clairvoyant development. Himalayan and Lemurian Quartz are what helped me.
  • Spirit Quartz: This crystal enhances spiritual awareness and aids in connecting with higher realms.
  • Lepidolite: Known for its calming properties, lepidolite can help balance your emotions and open your third eye.

Carry these crystals with you, meditate with them, or place them under your pillow at night to enhance your clairvoyant abilities.

6. Give Up Unhealthy Foods, Alcohol, and Caffeine

Your physical health has a direct impact on your spiritual abilities. Consuming unhealthy foods, alcohol, and caffeine can cloud your mind and inhibit your clairvoyant skills.

  • Eliminate Processed Foods: Cut out processed and junk foods that can negatively affect your physical and mental clarity.
  • Reduce or Eliminate Alcohol: Alcohol can dull your senses and lower your vibrational frequency, making it harder to tune into your clairvoyant abilities.
  • Cut Back on Caffeine: While caffeine can provide a temporary boost, it can also lead to jitteriness and anxiety, which are counterproductive to developing clairvoyance.

  • Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water to keep your body and mind clear and hydrated.

  • Learn Reiki: Consider learning Reiki to practice self-healing. This can help you maintain your energy balance and support your clairvoyant development.
