5-Minute Routine: Energize with Chakra and Aura Cleansing

Introduction

Every morning offers a fresh start and an opportunity to set a positive tone for the rest of the day. This simple, yet powerful, 5-minute morning meditation routine will help you realign your energy, cleanse your chakras and aura, recharge your spirit, and protect yourself from negative energies. This routine is especially effective as soon as you wake up, aligning your physical and spiritual self after a night of wandering in the spirit realm. I do this as part of my morning routine, and it’s profoundly transformative. You'll feel the benefits after just one month.

Exercise 1: Chakra Realignment and Cleansing

Begin your morning by realigning and cleansing your chakras. Follow these steps:

  1. Command to Open All Chakras: Lie down or gently sit up in your bed or find a comfortable seated position. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and give the command, "I open all chakras."
  2. Empty Past Energy: Next, command, "I empty all chakras of past energy." Visualise any stagnant or past energies flowing out of each chakra, leaving them clear and open.
  3. Close Chakras to Working Level: Now say, "I close my chakras to working level." This ensures that your chakras are neither too open nor too closed, but balanced and ready for the day.
  4. Realign Chakras: Finally, command, "I realign all chakras back on their axis." Visualise each chakra moving into perfect alignment, creating a straight line of energy through your body.

Weekly Deep Cleanse

Once a week, or at least once a month, perform a deep cleanse of your chakras to remove thick energetic sludge that can accumulate over time:

  1. Deep Cleanse Visualisation: Sit or lie comfortably and close your eyes. Starting with the root chakra, imagine scooping out any thick, dark sludge that may have built up.
  2. Flick Away the Sludge: Visualise yourself flicking this sludge away into the aether, where it dissolves and is absorbed by the universe.
  3. Move Up the Chakras: Repeat this process for each chakra, moving up through the sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown chakras.

Exercise 2: Aura Cleansing

After aligning and cleansing your chakras, it's important to cleanse your aura:

  1. Command to Cleanse Aura: Close your eyes and take a deep breath. Say, "I cleanse my aura of any energy blockages or holes."
  2. Visualise Cleansing: Imagine a bright light surrounding your body, sweeping through your aura and removing any blockages, dark spots, or holes. See the light purifying and healing your aura, making it strong and vibrant.

Exercise 3: Recharge Your Spirit and Soul

Next, recharge your spirit and soul with this visualization exercise:

  1. Forest Visualisation: Close your eyes and imagine yourself in a serene forest. Feel the cool, fresh air and listen to the sounds of nature around you.

  2. Hot Spring Immersion: Visualise a hot spring in the forest. This is a special place where you can rejuvenate your spirit and soul. Imagine yourself jumping into this hot spring.

  3. Colour of the Water: Notice the colour of the water. The first chakra colour that comes to mind will instinctively indicate the area of your energy that needs healing the most:

    • Red: Grounding and stability. If you see red, you may need to focus on feeling more secure and grounded.
    • Orange: Creativity and emotions. Orange suggests a need to nurture your creative energies and emotional well-being.
    • Yellow: Confidence and personal power. Yellow indicates a focus on boosting your self-esteem and personal power.
    • Green: Love and healing. Green calls for attention to your heart chakra, fostering love and compassion.
    • Blue: Communication and truth. Blue signifies the need to enhance your communication skills and speak your truth.
    • Indigo: Intuition and insight. Indigo points to developing your intuition and inner wisdom.
    • Violet: Spiritual connection. Violet highlights the need to deepen your spiritual awareness and connection.
  4. Immerse and Recharge: Allow the colour of the water to envelop you, recharging and healing your spirit and soul. Feel the warmth and energy of the hot spring revitalising every part of your being. Enjoy your time with your spirit and soul, connecting with them on a profound level. Imagine splashing each other and hearing laughter, fostering a joyful and loving connection.

Exercise 4: Protection Orb

Finally, create a protection orb around your body to shield you from negative energies and intentions:

  1. Command to Create Protection Orb: Close your eyes and take a deep breath. Say, "I create a protection orb around my body."
  2. Visualise the Orb: Imagine a strong, shimmering orb of light forming around your entire body. This orb acts as a barrier, protecting you from any negative energies, thoughts, or intentions.
  3. Strengthen the Shield: Visualise the orb becoming more solid and impenetrable. Know that this shield will protect you throughout the day, allowing only positive energies to reach you.
